The procedure to clear jams for Tray 3 is the same as for Tray 2. Only Tray 2 is shown here. The video shows how to clear a jam from Tray 2 of a HP LaserJet M806. The process is the same for a HP LaserJet flow MFP M830

  1. Open the tray.
  2. Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of paper.
  3. Reinsert and close the tray.
